Heating A Greenhouse
The challenge to keep a greenhouse frost-free:
The technology that we have developed ensures that the temperature is maintained reliably at a reasonable level with no energy-wasting temperature peaks in the greenhouse. The energy savings that are made are not due to half-hearted heating but to sensible use of the available energy.
The temperature must remain above 32°F even in the corners. If the current of air does not reach there, then the temperature on the heater has to be really high, however, then a large proportion of the warmth goes up into the gable of the greenhouse, where it is not needed, while the corners may still dip down to minus temperatures.
This is an unsatisfactory state of affairs, because heating energy is being wasted. In addition, there may be a significant temperature difference between when the heater switches on and off, especially with cheaper thermostats. This means if the thermostat has a switching differential of, for example, 43°F, then the greenhouse has to be heated up to 47°F if it is not to fall below the frost-free limit of 36°F before the heating switches on again automatically.

- Powerful heat output in 3 levels: 1000 watts, 1800 watts and 2800 watts. In the transitional periods (autumn and spring), the power of 1000 watts is sufficient. 1800 watts are ideal for greenhouses up to approx. 12 m², 2800 watts are ideal for a greenhouse size of up to 20 m².
- Infinitely adjustable thermostat: easily set your desired temperature thanks to rotary switch and number scale. The thermostat starts and stops the heater automatically when the desired temperature is reached. The temperature range ranges from 0°C to 26°C.
- Recirculation mode for ventilation: In recirculation mode without heat output, the room air circulates which provides a cooling effect like a fan. The air movement prevents mould formation and build-up of congestion on plants. When the windows are open, the temperature in the greenhouse is cooled.
- Fast and even air circulation: the fan heater is very efficient and effortlessly rolls up to 460 m³ of air per hour. This means that the air in the greenhouse and other rooms is warmed up in no time. As the heater does not have to heat for a long time, you save electricity and money. The fan works quietly and evenly.
- HANGING AND STANDING – So you can be flexible when placing the radiator. If there is not enough space on the floor, simply hang the heater up.
- Safe operation thanks to integrated protective conductor and automatic switch-off e.g. in case of overheating

Orders are shipped using a variety of providers depending on the size and delivery option chosen. Smaller orders are sent Tracked while larger and international orders are sent via UPS or TNT.
Once your order has been processed and completed you will be sent a tracking code via email which can be checked on your account when Logged in. Please check this code for a delivery update prior to contacting us for delivery information.
Returns Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your items you may return your goods. Greenhouse Kits will happily offer a full refund when items are returned within 14 days.
- Unfortunately any bespoke printed items we cannot offer a refund for unless faulty or damaged.
- Returns MUST be returned in their original condition, un-damaged and MUST be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- All postage costs are non-refundable and unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid returns.
- Please allow 3 working days from us receiving the goods for your refund to be processed. Your bank may take 5-7 working days for your refund to reach your account.
- We cannot refund any orders which have bespoke printing or involve customised assets.
- You are required to arrange and pay for the return of goods and the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- Please be very careful when handling your goods as we can not refund or exchange any items that have been damaged or mishandled.
- In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and is non-negotiable.
- All items returned after the 14 days are non-refundable.
- Please note that we can not refund, exchange or issue any credit notes for any unwanted items after 30 days from the order being placed.
